STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No refund or exchange unless the phone is faulty and cannot be repaired.
New phones with a 1-year warranty will be exchanged or repaired if there is no physical or water damage and subject to the decision of the manufacturer.
Secondhand phones with 6 months warranty will be repaired if faulty.
Manufacturers can take up to three weeks to effect a final decision on repair or replacement.
No warranty for the screen, liquid damage, and physical damage.
All repairs with one month warranty, not including physical damage.
